Full Name - Number of Retries when the Equus Hub is Unreachable
The AssignmentPro retry logic for outbound vendor integration requests can be configured to better recover from common problems related to Equus Hub and vendor system outages.
This is where you can set the maximum number of retries that will be performed when the Equus Hub is unreachable. The default value is 200. It is only configurable in Power User mode and can be overridden at the Company level System Preference.
Things to Note
For Note/Communications, when the status is sending and includes the message is retrying x of 200, this means the system is still working.
