AssignmentPro ships with several predefined sets of integration events and push scripts that will be sent to vendors when services are ordered. These events and scripts can be customized to allow for custom sets of data to be sent to specific companies and/or vendors at different times, if needed.
Push Scripts capture the data to be sent, while Integration Events define the conditions under which that data is sent. The two pieces of functionality work together to get the right data sent to the right vendor at the right time.
When a Service Order is ordered, the Equus standard Integration Events ensure service specific data, captured in an Integration Push Script is sent to the vendor, regardless which company is ordering the service. For example, when a Cross Cultural Training service order is ordered, and an integrated vendor is selected for the service order, AssignmentPro will send data defined in the Assessment, Orientation & Training Services Integration Push Script.
