Available Data
Can I specify which fields I would like to view?
Yes, you can include the fields you require in the question. A list of all available fields can be found here.
Can I export the data?
Absolutely! You can export the results into an excel file.
Can the AI Assistant access custom fields?
Custom fields are not currently supported.
Can I view the SQL generated?
No, the AI Assistant does not display the exact SQL query. However, in the instance that your query does not return any results, it will display a detailed view of the criteria including any column names.
Can I save and retrieve the query for later use?
Not at this time.
Access & Security
Can I enable or disable the AI assistant?
Yes, the AI Assistant can be disabled on the Equus Platform via a system preference, or you can disable/enable it per user role using the Role Maintenance screen.
