When navigating to the Assignment Documents screen, the data columns displayed for any given Document section will always be:
Document
Type
Last Update By
Last Update Date
The data columns shown on the Assignment Documents screen can be changed at any time using a header that is always visible. Simply click on
to view the available columns that can be displayed.
To display a column, select the desired column name by ticking on the checkbox; untick the checkbox to hide the column.
Visible columns are listed at the top of the list and in an order to maximize usability. Hidden columns are listed below visible columns and sorted by alphabetically. The Document column cannot be hidden.
After adding or removing columns from the columns list, the user's preference is retained. To revert back to the default column settings, click on the Restore Defaults link at the top of the column list.
Note that the column headers will always remain visible when scrolling up and down the Assignment Documents list in all browsers except for Internet Explorer.
