In order to configure Assignment Packages, the user’s Role must have rights to Assignment Package Configurations Screen. There are no Screen Section Rights required.

Other security rights, such as for Data Sensitivity, are not taken into account when configuring the package. All templates, documents, and reports will be available to the user.

Since these are configured at the Company level, the user must have rights to the Company.

In order to generate Assignment Packages, the user’s role must have rights to Assignment Package and Assignment Package Details screens. No screen section rights are required. If users only need to have access to add a package, then edit and delete rights will not be needed.

In order to access the Assignment Packages screen within an assignment, the associated Service (Assignment Packages) must be authorized. If more information is needed on this process, see the Service Management User Manual.

In order to deliver Assignment Packages, the user’s role must have rights to Assignment Package and Assignment Package Details screens with execute rights. There are no screen section rights required.

In order to delete Assignment Packages, the user’s role must have Delete rights to Assignment Package and Assignment Package Details screens. There are no screen section rights required.
