The Authorization Tool/Wizard is used to initiate new assignments or relocations in the Equus Platform. Authorizations can be entered for either Domestic or International assignments when users login to the Equus Platform Portal. The tabs, fields, routing behavior, etc. that seen and experienced for each Authorization is controlled by an Authorization Template which is the first field selected when using the Authorization Tool/Wizard.
For the Authorization Template name to appear in the Authorization Template drop down list, the template needs to be configured at the company level on the Authorization Settings screen and be an active template.
Similar to the Equus Platform screens, the system preference code is SHOWGENDER controls the Gender field on this page. Check with your Equus Representatives to know more about this.
Prior to configuring the Authorization Template, you may wish to configure the following features beforehand if you wish to use them as part of authorization configuration and workflow.
