To create a new policy, click the + link in the upper left hand corner of the Assignment/Relocation Policies grid. The Policies grid is found on the Assignment/Relocation Policies screen, which is located in the Company Configuration menu on the Companies tab.

For your first policy in the system, you will need to choose the “Defining A New Policy” option. Next, enter a Name for the policy. This name could refer to the duration and/or type of policy. The External Name is what will be seen by users viewing the policy from the portal (or other external access). To create a Core Flex policy, tick the Is Core Flex checkbox. Press the

button to create the policy.

For future policies within this company or for other companies you can copy an existing policy, saving it with a different name, and edit the policy as necessary. This is useful when a policy is basically the same with maybe a few different services or different limits. In this case, you will choose the <Copy An Existing Policy> option. Then you would select what Company To Copy From using the drop down list provided. Once you have selected the Company to copy from you will select the Policy To Copy from the drop down list provided.

Create a new Name and External Name. The Character Limit for the Relocation Policy Name and External Name field is 100 characters.

To create a Core Flex policy, tick the Is Core Flex checkbox. Press

to create a policy by copying the selected policy.

Once the policy is saved, the screen will refresh displaying a number of tabs.
