When an employee logs into the Mobile Employee Experience, any previously submitted self-moves will appear in the navigation menu. If the employee has any active assignments, these will be listed in a section called "My Moves" above the list of self-moves under a menu item called "Requested Moves". The headers can be customized using a system preference code.
The Requested Moves section lists all moves requested and submitted by the employee. In this example, three self-initiated move requests have been made. When several requests are made, requests are sorted by status change date with the most recent at the bottom and each move (authorization) shows the Status and Created Date.
For employees with no active assignment/move record, submitted requests are displayed on the main screen as well as being available from the navigation menu. If several requests has been made, requests are sorted by status change date with the most recent at the top and each move (authorization) shows the following information: Status, Status Last Update Date, Create Date and Coordinator - if not Authorization Coordinator is assigned yet, "None" is displayed.
The status changes for each authorization on the MEE is not the exact status of the authorization. The status available are:
Request Sent
Approval in Progress
Approval Complete
Cancelled
When a previously submitted self-move is clicked on, the same form is show but it is not editable.
To close the screen, press
.
Things to note:
The "Moves" and "Requested Moves" sections honors the Relocation Term (Plural) system preference (RELOTERMPL). The examples above uses the Relocation Term (Singular) of "Moves" which shows "Moves" and "Requested Moves" sections on the assignment picker screen. The section headings only appears if the employee has at least one active assignment. Here is an example of an employee with no active assignments.
The Authorization Coordinator for the submitted Authorization is shown by default. This can be optionally hidden from employees using DDMO.
Employees can only submit new requests via the MEE. To cancel the request, this has to be done by an internal Equus Platform user using the Authorization Wizard.
