This widget will list all active projects with details including the Project Start and End Dates as well as the Number of Travelers identified within the Project details screen. It will also give a count of business traveler (assignment) records associated with the project, excluding cancelled records. Finally, the count of those total traveler records that are associated with the current user (as either Relocation Coordinator, Accounting Coordinator, Additional Resource 1, or Additional Resource 2) is shown.
The Project name is a hyperlink taking you to the Project detail screen. The Total Travelers count is a hyperlink that will run a report in HTML listing each of the travelers and includes details such as the Employee Name, From Country, earliest Destination Start Date, and latest Destination End Date, the Status, and a link to the business traveler record. The My Travelers count is also a hyperlink that will run a report in HTML showing the same details as the Total Travelers count, except for the records associated with the current user.
