Depending on how your company has chosen to configure checklists, there may be subsequent checklists and tasks that are triggered and only available when a previous checklist or task is completed. Your company may have chosen to create reports to show uncompleted tasks and checklists for audit purposes so it is best practice to ensure all checklist tasks as well as the full checklist are completed.
If all checklist tasks were appropriately addressed by automatic manual completion, the entire checklist will register as Completed.
To review the status of the assignment checklists, access the Checklists screen found in the Overview menu to review all of the assignment’s activated checklists. When a checklist has been completed, there will be a date and name shown in the Completed field. You will notice in the example below that this has not occurred because one of the tasks has not been completed.
You can edit the tasks by clicking
in the Assignment Checklists screen.
Within the Checklist Details, you can complete the checklist in two ways:
Edit the Checklist Item
Click
on the task that has not yet been completed
Click the ‘Completed’ checkbox
Click
The Complete Date field will automatically populate
Click
Complete the Checklist
