In this article, the "Normal Dashboard Example - Learning" dashboard will be replicated using a Landing Experience Dashboard.
To learn more about the steps for using Landing Experience Dashboards in replicating normal dashboards, click here.
This normal dashboard contains four widgets:
My Active Assignments - Data Table widget
Status of each Assignment Phase - Pie Chart widget
Countries with on-going Assignments - Map widgets
Tasks and Notifications - Internal Tasks and Notifications widget
To replicate the My Active Assignments widget, a Data Table custom widget was added into a new Landing Experience Dashboard.
My Active Assignments
The user report for the corresponding widget in the normal dashboard was re-used for the widget in the Landing Experience Dashboard.
This widget is then placed on the top of the Landing Experience Dashboard, and is dragged to span across the whole width of the grid.
Status of each Assignment Phase
To replicate the Status of each Assignment Phase widget, a pre-built Active Assignments by Phase widget was added into the Landing Experience Dashboard.
Since this is a pre-built widget, it will not need a backing user report attached to it.
This widget is then placed below the My Active Assignments widget in the Landing Experience Dashboard, and is dragged to span across half of the width of the grid.
Countries with on-going Assignments
To replicate the Countries with on-going Assignments widget, a pre-built Active Assignments by Host Country widget was added into the Landing Experience Dashboard. Since this is a pre-built widget, it will not need a backing user report attached to it.
This widget is then placed next to the Status of each Assignment Phase widget in the Landing Experience Dashboard, and is also dragged to span across half of the width of the grid.
Tasks and Notifications
To replicate the Tasks and Notifications widget, which is the final one from the normal dashboard, a pre-built Active Assignments by Phase widget was added into the Landing Experience Dashboard.
This widget is then placed at the bottom of the Landing Experience Dashboard, and is also dragged to span across the whole width of the grid.
