A license agreement is a disclosure that users sign off on when they first access Equus Platform. The user must accept the license agreement before they can login to the system.

Users can customize the license agreement and its content. There can be different license agreements configuration for the portal based on the User Type (External Employee, External Client, External Delegate and Internal).

For the employee users, the License Acceptance Data can be found on the Employee screen and displays the date and time the user accepted the license, if license agreements are configured. An example of a License Agreement in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) for <External Client> User Type.
