The user must have the necessary security rights to the relevant screens:

  • Assignment Contacts Configuration: Role access to this manages resource to be included in the Mobile Employee Experience

  • Delegate Access Configuration: Role access to this manages the configuration of the availability of Delegates for Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Employee Experience Configuration: Role access to this manages the main configuration of the Mobile Employee Experience. This includes configuration to appearance and portal cards

  • Employee Feedback Configuration: Role access to this manages the configuration of the Employee Feedback Feature of Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Portal Quick Links Configuration: Role access to this manages the configuration for the Quick Links included in Mobile Employee Experience.

  • Portal Services Configuration: Role access to this manages configuration for the portal cards in the Mobile Employee Experience.
