The sort order of the data on a user report can be set in the Sort column in the Selected Data Fields grid. The data can be sorted in ascending or descending order. A sort order can be specified for multiple fields, but the fields must be sequenced the same as the order by rules are defined.
For example, if you wish to sort by First Name then by Last Name, then the First Name field must be before the Last Name field in sequence.
Alternatively, if the Last Name field is prior to the First Name field, then the report will be sorted by Last Name, then by First Name.
