Users can view What-If Cost Estimates created by other users as well as the estimates that they have created themselves when their security role has the View All What-If Cost Estimates checkbox ticked on the Advanced Data Restrictions tab of the Role Maintenance screen.
To restrict access so that users can only view What-If Cost Estimates created themselves and not by other users, the user's security role should have the View All What-If Cost Estimates checkbox unchecked.
