System Service, in the application, is a grouping of functionality or screens. It is also known as a “Service” or “Service Definition”, and will be generally referred to as “Service”.
The use of Services helps streamline the work that needs to be done for an individual assignment (also known as relocation or file). Equus Platform™ has many assignment-level screens, and Services can be used to limit the screens available for an assignment, so users only interact with the screens that represent the Services that are authorized for that assignment.

Using services via service orders - associated with a Service Type can be configured to have service orders manually created or automatically created and sent using the Quick Workflow
Authorizing Services - Services are defined at the system level, and can be associated with a Company Policy. Then, for an assignment, all <Available> and <In Policy> Services within the assignment’s Policy can be authorized.
