The following screens play a role in the Vendor Service Order Ratings process:
Surveys – This configuration level screen allows you to create the surveys
Service Order Settings – This configuration level screen allows you to turn the ratings functionality on at a service order type level. You specify which survey should be utilized, and configure how you want functionality to behave.
Vendor Search Results – The vendor search results grid can display summary level information regarding the ratings each vendor has received. It may help the service order coordinator pick the better vendor.
Service Rating Popup – The Service Ratings popup screen enables you to view, add, or edit service order ratings. This screen is accessible via an Add Rating or View Rating link at the service order level.
Service Order Detail – An Add Rating or View Rating link will appear on the Service Order Detail screen if the service order ratings functionality has been configured for the selected service order type. The configuration settings on the Service Order Settings screen will determine the timing of the visibility of these links.
Other Service Order Screens – The Add Rating or View Rating links will also appear on the Active Service Orders, Assignment/Relocation Service Orders, and Service Orders Search screens.
