Internal users can utilize Landing Experience Dashboard to do their daily tasks in the Equus Platform. Before a user can view a Landing Experience Dashboard, the dashboard must be enabled for internal users on the Dashboard Settings panel on the Landing Experience Dashboard configuration screen, along with the Equus Platform page the dashboard can be accessed from.

LE Dashboards can also have an optional data-sensitivity level applied to them to limit the user roles that can view the dashboard.

In this example, the Landing Experience Default Dashboard can be accessed from the Home Page by any internal users as no data sensitivity restrictions have been applied.

Landing Experience Dashboard Settings

Users having Landing Experience dashboard as default home page can utilize the dashboards in the dashboard picker.

Select a Landing Experience Dashboard

If the Landing Experience dashboard is not utilized as the default dashboard, users can access them using the dashboard picker by clicking on the dashboard cog icon.

Click the drop down list, select the dashboard you want to display and click

.

Note, if a user has access to edit the dashboard, an "Edit Dashboard" quick link will also be shown.

Things to Note:

  • If the page that launched the dashboard had a company context, widgets on the dashboard will use that company context to filter data.

  • Landing Experience Dashboards have no navigation menu to return to the legacy home page. There are a couple of ways to return to the legacy home page:

    • The legacy dashboard address can also be bookmarked

    • Links can also be used in custom widgets on a Landing Experience Dashboard. Here is an example of an Advanced HTML widget that can take a user to the Legacy Home Page.
