There are of different places used to store and distribute documents within the Equus Platform:
Document Library - distributing documents stored at the company level.
Company Documents - distributing documents that are not associated with a Policy which are available only for viewing and download in the employee portal.
Policy Documents - uploading documents that are related to a policy
Document Types are used to identify documents as well as restrict access to documents that are managed in the Equus Platform. Once defined, these types are available in a drop-down list when uploading documents throughout the system. They are defined at the System level, and may be overridden at the Company level.
