The Employee / Assignment Import screen is available at both the system and the company level. To run a system level import, click on the Configuration tab and locate the Import Data menu item under the Import / Export menu group. The company level version can be found by first selecting a company and then locate the Import Data menu item under the Processes menu group.
The Employee / Assignment Import allows users to mass create or update employee and/or assignment data for multiple records across multiple companies.
At this time, the data fields available for import are limited to certain fields that can be seen on the Employee Details screen and the Assignment/Relocation Details screen. The custom fields are not available.
