The system preference APRLNKWNDW sets the limit (in days) that links would work for Approver Emails using the Generic Approval routing system which initiated from the following screens:
The duration limit can be configured on the System Preferences screen in the power user mode. Contact your Equus Client Solutions Manager for details about power user mode.
The default value is set to 14 days; this can be set to a maximum value of 60 days. The day count starts at midnight of the day the approval email is sent.
Things to Note:
This system preference applied to all Approver Emails using the Generic Approval routing system and does not support different settings for different approver emails.
Approvals that have been sent out including those that have expired are reportable and can be displayed using widgets.
