A warning message is displayed at the top of the screen if any of the records contained within the batch is processed with errors.
When a checklist task is assigned to a new resource that does not have an assigned role that the checklist task requires, an error is provided in the Error Message column of the Batch Results grid.
Click on the Checklist Task Template Name to view the Checklist Task details. Check the role or roles defined in the Allowed Resources section.
Click on the Target Resource Name to view the resource details. Check the Role Association section.
To resolve the issue, amend the new resource's Role Association section and run a new Resource Change Batch.
