Malaysia
Income Tax: Decreased the threshold for the top rate of 30% to MYR 2 million. The top rate was added in version 20.1 using a threshold of MYR 20 million, resulting in a tax cost understatement of 2% when income is between MYR 2 million and MYR 20 million.
Spain
Income Tax: Added the regional portion to the resident tax rates. The rates comprise national and regional portions; regional, ranging from 9.5% to 22.5%, was omitted in version 21.1.
