<b>Full Name - Enable Cost Estimate Fiscal Period Reporting</b>

This preference controls the visibility of Fiscal Year settings for Cost Estimates. This includes the Fiscal Period Start Month and Reporting Allocation fields on Cost Estimate Templates. The default setting is 'No'. When activated, it also allows:

Users can view the Fiscal Year tab in Cost Estimates if the fiscal year configured is not set to January

Users can report the data via user reports using the view: "Cost Estimate Fiscal Year (view)"
