Preference Name = DOCAUTHCOP
Full Name - Destination location for DOCUMENT_AUTHORIZATION copy on finalized authorizations
The "Destination location for DOCUMENT_AUTHORIZATION copy on finalized authorizations" System Preference can be used to control where documents from finalized authorizations can be stored. This System Preference is only configurable in Power User mode and can also be overridden at the Company level System Preference.
Two options for storage locations are available:
Document Copy Location to Note Communication
Actual Value = EQDCLN
By default, documents from finalized authorizations are copied over to the Notes and Communications table. These documents will be visible under the Notes with Documents category in the Documents screen of an assignment.
Document Copy to Document Assignment
Actual Value = EQDCLA
To support processes that utilize integrations for Documents uploaded from finalized authorizations, documents can be stored in the Assignment Document table.
Once this location is chosen as the value, documents from finalized authorizations will be visible under the Uncategorized Documents category in the Documents screen of an assignment.
