When Using an Existing Template
Always create a copy of an existing template first so you can retain the original. Once you convert the template into Advanced mode, you can no longer go back to the original rich text editor Body for the template. The original can be made inactive after the copy has been successfully updated in advance mode.
The existing body of a legacy template will be converted into an html block. Note - this may be more complex to edit if you are not familiar with HTML. If you are unfamiliar with HTML and still wish to make changes/edit the body, copy the body of your email from the HTML block and insert it into a new paragraph block:
Step 1 - Add a Paragraph Block:
Things to Note
Row heights are dynamic - they cannot be freely adjusted.
Column widths go up to '12' dynamic columns.
The email body is not editable at an assignment level when using advanced templates and can only be previewed (example).
You can find more information on using the Advanced Mode template editor for emails here.
Images in the email template may not automatically download when received. In such cases, recipients may need to adjust their email settings or manually download the images.
