The Equus Connect is a mobile companion app for mobility professionals. It is available on both Android and iOS devices and can download it from the Google Play or Apple App store. Open the downloaded app and login to the app.
Login
Enter your email address. You will be emailed a one-time use verification code to confirm that you are the owner of the device.
Submit the verification code to the app. If you incorrectly enter the code, you can request another one to the same email.
Submit your password and log in. If you are an SSO user, you will be redirected to your SSO provider sign-in page. Upon completing SSO, you will be redirected and logged in to the app.
User Information & Logout
You can view your information, click your initials on the top right of the screen. From here, you can see your name, your email address, and any contact numbers associated to you.
You can press the log out button to manually log out of the application from this screen.
Things to Note
If you have access to multiple Equus Platform instance, or have multiple users in a site, you will be asked which user ID/site you wish to log in with. Select one.
Device verification will usually only happen once. Unless there is an app update, the app is reinstalled, or you switch devices, you may be asked to verify your device again.
