To ensure users are informed and aware of how the platform uses cookies, a notification will be displayed upon logging into the platform. This notification explains the purpose of cookies and provides users with the option to accept it.
The cookie notification is displayed immediately after a user logs in. It applies to all login methods, whether using a username and password or Single Sign-On (SSO). This is the same in all areas of the platform, including:
Mobile Employee Experience (MEE)
Landing Experience (LE)
Employee Management Web Portal (EMWP)
Remote Work Request
Legacy Mobile Portal
Mobile Apps
Once the user accepts the notification, their preference is saved and the notification will not be shown again. Note, the same message will also appear on the Help Center pop-up.
