Configuring License Agreement

Configure license agreements for different user types (Internal, External Client, External Employee, External Delegate, Vendor) via the License Agreements screen

There can be different license agreements configuration for the on the User Type (External Employee, External Client, External Delegate and Internal). To customize the License Agreement, you can configure the license agreement in the License Agreements screen. Populate the name and agreement body.

Internal

Navigate to the License Agreement screen via configuration search. To activate the license agreement for internal users, tick the For Internal Users tick box.

External

Navigate to the Portal License Configuration screen via configuration search box. Create or edit existing license agreement for the portal license agreement.

Portal License Agreement

To activate the license agreement for different user type, populate the ff. fields:

  • Company - Select a configured company in the system

  • User Type - Select External Client, External Employee, External Employee Delegate, External Payroll or Vendor

  • License - Select from the configured license agreement from the License Agreement screen
