It is possible to regenerate both the GUID and Secret Key if the Secret Key is lost or compromised. Regeneration should only be done with the involvement of a technical resource (more than likely on the Client's end), as doing so could break existing production integrations if done in error.
To regenerate a key, navigate to the API Subscription Manager page and click on the pencil icon against the subscriber.
Click on [Save & Next] on the API Subscription Manager screen.
Click on the [Regenerate GUID & Secret Key].
A warning message appears. Click [OK] to regenerate authentication credentials.
The GUID and Secret Key fields are updated. Use the Copy buttons for the GUID and Secret Key to keep a record of them. Then press the [Save] button to complete the regeneration process.
