This user manual addresses how to configure AssignmentPro™ to launch Questionnaires or Tax Organizers from the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) or the Internal - Resource Tasks and Notifications widget, and how to manage the status of those for an assignment.
The Questionnaire application allows users to develop forms that can be filled by employees. For example, a form can be developed to capture employee information for an H1B1 visa application. Once developed, the URL to the questionnaire can be provided to employees, who can open the questionnaire from the MEE’s What’s Happening Timeline (WHT), respond to the questions, and submit those responses back to AssignmentPro. Questionnaires can also be configured to be provided to internal and external resources. The questionnaires can be accessed via the Internal – Resource Tasks and Notifications widget.
The Equus Tax Organizer is used to collect tax-related information from employees in advance of a vendor preparing the employees’ Tax Returns. Like Questionnaires, the URL to the Tax Organizer can be provided to employees, who open the tax organizer from the MEE’s What’s Happening Timeline (WHT), respond to the questions, and submit those responses back to AssignmentPro. While the Tax Organizer feature can be configured for use by internal and external resources, it is intended for use by employee users.
Throughout this manual, “questionnaires” will be used to refer to both Questionnaires and Tax Organizers.
