The Assignment Packages functionality allows users to build a single package for an assignment including Cost Estimate(s), Compensation Calculation(s), and Document(s) including E-sign Documents with a single click of a button.

Before assignment packages can be created, a configuration must be set-up at a company level and the user must have proper security permissions. Multiple Cost Estimates, Compensation Calculations and/or Merge Documents can be added to one package. Reports may be configured for each Cost Estimate and/or Compensation Calculation.

At an assignment level, once a package has been generated, additional documents can be added. If configured, e-sign documents can be automatically sent to signers for signature. The package can then be distributed via email, or by delivery to the Employee Portal. This feature is designed to help the efficiency of creating assignment documents and figures more easily and efficiently within any business process.
