Checklists can be assigned to specific services as shown below:

Assigning Checklist to Services

  1. Navigate to the Service Definition Screen at the Configuration/System Level (Configuration > Advanced > Service Definition)

  2. Click the

    pencil.png

    of the applicable service to which the Checklist will be assigned.

  3. Navigate to the Associated Checklists section.

  4. Click

    new.png

    to add a Checklist.

  5. Select the applicable Checklist Template from the drop-down list.

  6. Select whether it will be created automatically for the record.

    Services

Note - Associated Checklists section only supports System Checklist Templates where the Level is equal to Assignment. System Checklist Templates where the Level is equal to Company will not appear in this section.
