The status of E-Signature files can be seen on screen at all times in italics under the files Name. Plus it can be added as an additional column

After the necessary configurations have been made to the merge document and associated email template, the document is available to be sent for e-signature.

1. Navigate to the assignment's Documents page for which you wish to send the e-signature request.

2. Select the Merge Document from the drop down list from the Merge E-Signature Document page and click

.

The choice list contains only active merge documents with the <Type> E-Signature Document configured for the System and Company.

3. Click on the document name to view the generated Merge Document.

Note that no data is merged into the e-signature tags at this stage; instead the color of the e-signature tags are set to match the background color of the first paragraph of the document. The tags do exist but are not visible if they are the same color as the background color of the first paragraph.
