Email integration allows an email received outside of the application to be imported to a specific assignment within the application. A specific process is used to accomplish this:
Email will be received by individual in their inbox. This utilizes the Email Integration Tag. To know more about this, checkout this article.
The email to be imported to the application has a tag added (or contains one if the email originated with the tag already imbedded in the email)
The email is forwarded to a specific/unique email box that is used only for email integration.
The specific/unique email box is automatically swept and the email is imported or if import validation fails an error email will be provided to the sender.
