Note: Up to 5 files can be uploaded at a time. However, all files will have the same Type, Name and Description (if populated).
Template Availability
If the email template is for a Service Order, the email template needs to be configured for a Service Order Type using the Service Order Settings screen. Remember to click
before navigating to a different screen.
For non Service Order email templates, you will need to specify what Equus Platform screen(s) you want this Email Template document to be available on. To add a screen, click
and select the screen page you want it to appear on from the Screen drop down list.
After clicking
, the email template can be selected when entering a note/communication of type “Email” from the selected screens.
