There are two sections (Children & Dependents, Spouse/Domestic Partner) within Equus Platform for documenting and tracking an employee’s dependents and spouse. These sections are found in the Family Information menu option.
To add new children to the employee’s record, navigate to the Children & Dependents section and click the plus
icon.
A blank Children and Other Dependents Details record will appear where you will be able to enter demographic information for a dependent, including but not limited to: Personal, Citizenship, Passport, and School Information. You will also be able to indicate the dependent’s status (On Assignment or Not On Assignment).
Note: The total number of spouse and dependents indicated as “On Assignment” should match the Family Size in the Compensation section. These sections will not automatically update based on each other.
Note: To add passport details, click the
button in the Passport Information section.
When you have added the information, click any
To add spouse or domestic partner details to the employee’s record, navigate to the Spouse/Domestic Partner section and click the ‘Edit Spouse/Domestic Partner’ link.
You will also be able to indicate the spouse/domestic partner’s status (On Assignment or Not On Assignment). When you have added the information, click any
button to complete creation of the spouse/domestic partner.
Note: To add passport details, click the
button in the Passport Information section.
Things to Note
An option to not show the gender is possible with the system preference code is SHOWGENDER controls the Gender field on this page. Check with your Equus Representatives to know more about this.
