Budget details can be viewed by internal users in the Equus Platform and by employees using the Mobile Employee Experience.
For internal users, the role assigned to users who will be creating and assigning budgets must have access to the following screen names which are found on the Security Role Maintenance screen:

<Employee Budgets>
<Employee Experience - All Budgets>
<Employee Experience - Budget Detail>
For employees, budgets are viewed in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE). In order for the employees to see budgets, the MEE must be made active in the Employee Experience Configuration screen and the Expense Reports card under the Portal Card Configuration section must be active too. For Expense Reports card to display on the Home Screen, the Display on Home Screen box must be checked.
Note when budgets exists for an employee, the Expense Reports card will automatically be renamed to Budgets & Expense Reports on the Home Page.
