The dates on the Budget Details screen may be automatically populated depending on the Date Configuration section on the Budget Templates Details screen at the Company level and if a specified Target Date is populated, where applicable. For example ,if the Budget Start Date is relative to the Planned End Date of the Assignment, and the Planned End Date is blank, the Start Date will also be blank.

  • Remaining Amount: calculated by checking the Spent Amount against the Amount.

  • Start Date: expense entries dated on or after this date will count towards the Spent Amount of a Budget. *

  • Close After Date: end of a grace period for the Budget to stay open to expense against, but entries must still fall within the Start and End Dates. *
