This widget will show the number of active Assignments by Assignment Coordinator. If an Assignment Coordinator has not been assigned to the Assignment, that Assignment will not be counted. Note that only the top 60 coordinators (sorted by quantity of assignments) will be shown. The Assignments by Coordinator Widget will include counts for assignments irrespective of user/assignment rights.
Clicking the View Details link will generate a report in HTML that shows all Assignments (per the user’s security rights) giving detailed information including Assignment Coordinator, System Number, Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Assignment Status, Assignment Phase, Assignment Policy, From Country, To Country, Start Date, Assignment Effective Date, Days on Assignment, Scheduled End Date, Extended End Date and Actual End Date.
Clicking the View link in the Assignment column from within the detail report will open another window to the Assignment Detail page for the particular assignment selected.
