This widget is intended for an Assignment coordinator. The information displayed in this widget is the Assignment Phase for active assignments for which the user is the Assignment Coordinator. This chart excludes any Inactive Assignments and any Assignments in an archived, complete or on hold status. This data is displayed in a pie graph with each assignment phase identified. The My Assignments by Phase Widget includes counts for assignments irrespective of user/assignment rights.
Clicking the View Details generates a report in HTML that shows all the user’s Assignments giving detailed information including Phase, Employee Name which also acts a link to the Assignment, Assignment, Assignment Effective Date, Months Remaining On Assignment, End Date, Days On Assignment, Family Status, Home Country Departure Date, Host Country Arrival Date, Host Country Departure Date, Relocation Status and Relocation Type.
Clicking the Employee Name link from within the detail report opens another window to the Assignment Detail page for the particular assignment selected.
