This widget will display a clear view of quick workflow notifications, assignment reminders, and/or checklist tasks for a Resource.
If the current user is designated as a Resource in the system, his or her items are displayed by default upon logging into the system.
Items assigned to other Resources can be viewed by selecting the Resource from the Resource Picker in the Title of the widget.
The sections are collapsed by default and sections with no information will be hidden. The current user can choose to display sections with no information by clicking the cog wheel icon next to the Resource Picker and ticking Show All Sections.
Individual sections can be expanded/collapsed by clicking on the section Title.
Each section will display the total count of items assigned to the Resource as well as the items that are due today or overdue. Within Reminders and Tasks, the Status (Complete; Overdue; Due Today) of each item is displayed.
User Preferences are available for each section, so each person can tailor the way the widget behaves to his/her individual style. These preferences can be set by clicking on
of a corresponding section.
The user will also have the ability to decide how many results they would like in each section on this widget, up to 100. The default will be set to 50, but 25 and 100 are additional options, the user will be able to decide for themselves.
Notifications
Notifications (banner alerts) from Quick Workflows are shown in the Notifications section. The user can remove alerts as appropriate by clicking on
.
Reminders
Relocation/Assignment Reminders set for the selected Resource will display within the Reminders section. Users can mark the Reminder as Complete, as well as modify the Due Date as necessary.
The user can also see the Message configured for the Reminder, or navigate to the Reminder, the Employee, or the Relocation/Assignment record. If the Company name is displayed, users will be able to click that link to go to the Company detail screen as well.
By default the list is sorted by Due Date; users are able to change the default within the section’s User Preferences by clicking on
within the section. User Preferences available for Reminders include
Sort by: <Assignment>, <Date Completed>, <Due Date>, <Employee>, <Status>, or <Reminder Title>.
Order: <Ascending> or <Descending>
Due within: Number of days in the future (all overdue items will always display).
Display: Keep Section Expanded, Completed Reminders, and/or Company Name.
Tasks
Checklist Items from both assignment and company level checklist tasks assigned to the selected Resource will be available within the Tasks section.
Users can action the checklist item from the widget – manually mark it Complete or Not Applicable, go to the associated page to complete the task, add or modify the Due Date, Start a task, Unstart the task, see the Description for the checklist item, or go to the Checklist Item, the Checklist, the Employee, or the Relocation/Assignment record.
The checkbox on the left allows users to mark a manual checklist item as Complete and the arrow icon indicates that the task is an automatic checklist item.
To complete an automatic task, users have to take action in the system. If the Company Name is displayed, users will be able to click that link to go to the Company detail screen as well.
Some of the less common actions are available from a menu available within the [down arrow icon] on the far right of the item, after the Due Date.
By default, the checklist items are displayed according to Due Date, with the most overdue items at the top. Users are able to change the sort order of the Tasks within the section’s User Preferences. User Preferences for the Tasks section include

Available within an Assignment/Relocation
If this widget is applied to any assignment/relocation subpage, it will display all active tasks for that assignment.
Choose a dashboard with the Tasks and Reminders widget by clicking on
in the top-left corner of the screen.
Users can action the checklist item from the widget as described above. There is no Resource Picker available; however, the assigned Resource for each item is displayed.
