A small embedded control has been added to the Equity Requests screen. It displays the employee’s Equity Amount, Equity Paid, and Equity Balance. To determine Equity Amount, it locates the Equity Request Detail record with the greatest Equity Date. Equity Paid is calculated by adding up any equity payments in approved vouchers. Equity Balance is calculated by subtracting the equity paid from the equity amount. (See ‘Account Groups’ below regarding setting accounts to be included as equity payments).
