To quickly see a list of associated bank accounts in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) , click 'Banking' in the navigation menu. If the MEE user has multiple active assignments which is shown towards the top of their navigation menu, they must first select the assignment to select the assignment to view/edit address for that assignment.
To view or edit the bank account details, click on the name of the back account. An employee can have multiple bank account records.
To add a bank account, click + Add Bank Account.
The New Bank Account screen contains the following fields for input:
Account Location (required) – The location at which the account is established.
Account Type (required) – Financial type of the account.
Account Currency – Base currency used for account.
Bank Name – Name of financial establishment that holds the account.
Account Number – The number associated with the account.
Names on Account – The individuals that have account access.
SWIFT/BIC Code – The unique code that identifies the bank and the bank’s country.
ABA Routing #/Sort Code – The unique code that identifies banks within the United States.
IBAN – The unique number that identifies the bank across multiple borders.
IFCS - The unique code for Indian Financial System
Canadian Specific Code - The unique code for Canadian Specific
BSB Code - The unique code for Bank State Branch
Line 1 – First line of the bank’s address.
Line 2 – Second line of the banks address.
Line 3 – Third line of the banks address.
Country – The bank’s address country.
State – The bank’s address state (if applicable).
City – The bank’s address city.
Postal Code – The bank’s postal code.
Contact Name – Person at the bank that can be contacted about the account.
Contact Email – Bank contact’s email address.
Contact Phone – Bank contact’s phone number.
Contact Fax – Bank contact’s fax number.
It is possible that some of the fields listed above will not show on the screen and that some additional fields may show on the screen. This depends on the configuration of the fields on the screen. Any information that is configured to be encrypted will show as (Encrypted) on this and any other profile screens.
In addition to the Account Type field there are two more mandatory fields to populate in order to save the record.
Account Location – The location at which the account is established. This list is controlled by the Bank Account Location Lookup Field
Account Type (required) – Financial type of the account. This list is controlled by the Bank Account Type Lookup Field
If Home or Host is selected from the Account Location field, the Account Currency, Country, City, State /Province fields on the New Bank Account page will be filled in to reflect the location that has been chosen from the Assignment screen. The same is true for the Bank Account page in the Equus Platform.

When Host is selected as the Account Type, selected fields are populated with the Location Information. It possible for the user to override the auto populated fields.
The auto-filling of the fields works while the account is being created in the MEE and in the Equus Platform. After the account is created, this will not work anymore but users are able to amend the data.

The bank account can be made active or inactive using the toggle on the top left section of the page.

After saving, Intermediate Bank Information can be added. Intermediate Bank could be a bank, credit union, or clearing house the payment moves through before reaching the final bank for ultimate payment. Click
to create a new Intermediate Bank record. Exiting Intermediate Bank record can be edited or deleted in this section.
Any changes to fields that are currently displayed in the MEE will be reflected after saving the changes in the Equus Platform and vice versa. To add an account, click
