How to view / edit employee's address details in the Mobile Employee Experience

In the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) to view/edit the employee's address details, click on Addresses in the navigation menu. If the MEE user has multiple active assignments which is shown towards the top of their navigation menu, they must first select the assignment to select the assignment to view/edit address for that assignment.

The Addresses screen contains information regarding the employee’s housing information relating to their Departure Residence and Destination Residence locations.

If MEE Users only have <Read Only> access, no fields can be edited and users must click on an item from the navigation menu to exit the screen. Access to the page is configured in the Advanced Settings section on the Employee Experience tab on the Portal Configuration screen.

Internal Equus Platform View

Employee's address details are located at an assignment level and are found on the Employee Contact Information screen in the Mailing Address Summary section. An internal user can view an existing record by clicking on the pencil icon or add new records by pressing on the + icon.

Any changes made from this screen, will be reflected in the MEE. When one or more Departure or Destination addresses exist in the Equus Platform, the most recently created address will be displayed for each category in the MEE.

If the Location Type in Lookup Maintenance for <Departure Residence> or <Destination Residence> is inactive, the section for that Location Type will not show. When both are inactive Addresses will not display as a menu item in the navigation menu.
