In the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE), users have the option to add one-off tasks to their Tasks section on their assignment home page by clicking on the
ellipsis icon and selecting Add a Task from the drop down menu.
Populate the two mandatory fields: Name and Due Date and click
Refresh the home page to view the newly created tasks in the Task area. Depending on the due date, the tasks will appear in the appropriate section:
Now - tasks that are overdue or due in the next 7 days
Next - tasks that are due in the next 8 to 14 days
Later - tasks that are due in the next 15 days or greater
Uses have the option of viewing a full list of tasks including completed tasks and tasks completed in the past by clicking on the
ellipsis icon and selecting View All Tasks from the drop down menu.
A timeline will appear showing the current tasks at the top of the timeline.
Overdue tasks appears red colored icons. Clicking on the icon completes the tasks and changes the icon to a green colored icon. | |
Incomplete tasks appear as blue colored icons. Clicking on the icon completes the tasks and changes the icon to a green colored icon. | |
Completed tasks appear as green colored icons. Clicking on the icon changes the status to incomplete and changes the icon to a blue colored icon. |
You can scroll down the timeline to view more tasks scheduled in the future. To view tasks completed in the past, click the History button.
When there is no History button available on screen, the timeline displays all Tasks for the whole assignment period. To navigate away from the timeline, click on any item on the navigation menu.
