Overview

Employee Feedback and Pulse Checks features can be used to define, publish and manage employee feedback in addition to the existing Employee Survey function for internal teams.

In order to use either the Employee Feedback or Pulse Checks functionalities, the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) must be active so that employees can submit their responses using the MEE.

Purpose

  • Gather unsolicited feedback from employees at any time

  • Employees can provide feedback as many times as they wish

  • Obtain any useful information from an employee at any point in their assignment

System / Company level template

  • One System Level Template - same questions published to all active assignments

  • Multiple templates at both system and company level

Number of Questions and Question Types

  • Maximum of 6 - all questions shown on one page in the MEE

  • 10 Question Types supported - same as Pulse Checks

  • Unlimited - if greater than 4 questions, will show a maximum of 4 questions at one time on the MEE

  • 10 Question Types supported - same as Employee Feedback

Configuration

  • Employee Feedback tab on Portal Configuration screen

  • Pulse Check Template screen. Templates can be sent out:

    • On a schedule - e.g. regular program-wide check-ins such as annual or quarterly surveys.

    • Using QWF - useful for getting targeted information from an employee after a date has passed or some assignment information has changed in the system, such as a service order status.

Where to submit response in the MEE?

  • Using the "Give Feedback" menu item displayed in the MEE navigation menu

  • Appear as tasks in the MEE's Task area

  • Can be configured to appear in the Announcement area

  • Pulse Checks with no expiration will always appear until completed as being due today

  • Pulse Checks with an expiration will appear on the Task List with their expiration date.

  • Expired and submitted Pulse Checks automatically disappear from the Task List

Additional features

  • Optional closing message

  • Customize Employee Feedback Details screen - add custom fields and edit feedback statuses

  • Optional opening and closing messages

  • Questions can be made inactive and later made active if required

  • Pulse checks text in Display Name, Introduction Message, Closing Message and Question Text fields can include merge tags ONLY if they are published to the MEE using a QWF with a defined User Report for Merging.

  • Automate response and mapped them directly in the Equus Platform data

Configuration

Employee Feedback

Configuration is needed to enable Employee Feedback. Additional details on how to configure and publish them are stored here. The status of Employee Feedback can be customize to support custom workflows for tracking and follow-ups of submitted feedback from the employee.

Pulse check

Similar with Employee Feedback, configuration is required for Pulse Check.
