There are two tables : “Pulse Check Question” table to report on Pulse Check responses and “Employee Feedback Question” table to report on submitted feedback.
For Pulse Checks, the “Question Text” field should be used to filter and aggregate questions across many Pulse Checks. The question response will always be stored in easily readable text in the “Response Display Value” field.
Changing a Pulse Check template configuration, including deleting it or marking it inactive, does not affect pending, submitted, or expired Pulse Checks. Use the “Question Text” field to aggregate responses that have had their wording change over time. Or use the “Sent Date” to separate new and old responses.
