To help mobility teams stay informed about changes their employees make to their profiles, the following Quick Workflows are included as part of the MEE:
Assignment Contact Information Updated - Notification that an assignment's contact information has been updated.
Assignment Departure Address Updated - Notification that an assignment's departure address has been Updated.
Assignment Destination Address Updated - Notification that an assignment's Destination address has been Updated.
Employee Marital Status Updated - Notification that an employee's marital status has been updated.
Assignment Employee Passport Updated - Notification that an employee's passport has been updated.
Assignment Dependent Passport Updated - Notification that a dependent's passport has been updated.
Assignment Spouse/Domestic Partner Passport Updated - Notification that an assignment Spouse/Domestic Partner's passport has been updated.
Note, these are currently set to inactive. In order for these to work, a user with appropriate rights must set them to active. Additionally, these Quick Workflows can be edited to suit the company’s notification needs. For example, they assume that the Relocation Coordinator is the person to be notified. If this is not the case, the Quick Workflow’s E-mail “To” field can be edited to refer to different contact.

Enter the name of the quick workflow and click on the result to view the details of the quick workflow.
