Document Types allow users to easily locate certain individual level documents such as Birth Certificates. Below is a list of standard Document Types that are initially available as "active" with no data sensitivity settings.
Employee Birth Certificate – this type is associated with the Employee and Employee Experience Profile screens.
CV/Resume – this type is associated with the Employee and Employee Experience Profile screens.
Spouse Birth Certificate - this type is associated with the Spouse/Domestic Partner and Employee Experience Spouse screens.
Dependent Birth Certificate - this type is associated with the Children and Other Dependents and Employee Experience Dependent screens.
If data sensitivity is currently use to restrict access to documents, either this should be applied to the above standard Document Types or these Document Types should be made inactivate by navigating to the Document Type screen.
It is recommended that you do not associate these Document Types with the MEE's Documents Card by ticking the "Available on All Screens" and/or selecting "Employee Experience Home" from Screen Availability Exceptions drop down list. Doing so will result in documents uploaded to the Assignment screen only and not on the individual's screen.
